It was all deliberately done to circumvent the temporary restraining order (TRO) the high court had issued against the watch list order (WLO) of the Injustice Secretary and her vindictive patron, Nonoy.
And in their evil plan to ensure that the Supreme Court’s order would not be obeyed, Noynoy destroyed the independence of yet another constitutional office known as the Commission on Elections (Comelec) and no doubt, another judge from the Pasay City Regional Trial Court.
