Abellada secretly met to plot the 2010 AES Poll Fraud!

"The group said former Comelec Chairman Jose Melo instead allowed a resolution in March 2010 saying that there was no need for the use of digital signatures, which was Melo’s clear and deliberate violation of the law.

"The group also dropped hints of the US government sanctioning if not being part of the 2010 fraud operations.

"It is near to impossible to expect the current administration and even Congress to revisit the 2010 elections and determine if indeed massive fraud was present during that exercise."
