Marquez is a friend of The Pacman, Mexico is an ally since spannish colonial times, in WW2 they joined allied forces in liberating the Philippines, some of those P47 fighter bomber pilots died in action while conducting operations in the Philippines.

Isa lang masasabi ko kai Tongressman, Papacman ka ng papacman dyan PACYUMAN!
