The defense issued last Friday by Peace Adviser Teresita Deles on the sloppy policy being followed by the administration of Noynoy, failed to resolve anything and came off as another buck-passing attempt with the former administration predictably made out as the goat.
Deles indicated in her statement that all the troubles that the government is encountering today in the restless areas of Mindanao are the result of policies in the past administration after she left her post; the same way that she and Dinky Soliman’s defense that they were not around anymore when the PEACe bonds anomaly blew up — which is hardly credible, since the PEACe bonds scam was hatched up by the same KOMPIL group and the Code-NGO, plus the Soliman Peace Foundation which got the bulk of the P1.8 billion plus, plus, then getting the Filipinos to pay for this P35 billion worse than Madoff scam..... While washing her hand off on the conceptualization of the institute and at the same time indicating that the P5 million commitment for it was a residue of the past administration, she also defended the institute, saying multilateral agencies such as the Japan International Cooperation Agency and The Asia Foundation also seen as a CIA-US front by many Filipinos, are also into funding the BLMI.
"Such a revelation made matters worse for Noynoy since it would now be imperative for the government to explain the nature of BLMI since Deles said multilateral agencies that go by negotiations with governments are funding the institution."

Without mincing words Deles wants to give herself P31M, using some lame excuse of an organization that no longer exists for several years now. Of course the lion share goes to her current bosses.
I smile thinking what I can do to her mole with a pair of rusty long nose pliers.
Is it really going to be refunded by the station chief? How much does hefe wants out of the P31M?
And how does Jaafar feel about the disparity on the amount? Jealous? Could have put up another mansion for the 4th and a half wife?
Expect a bomb in a church or mall or public market, eid il ftir is fast approaching and the "milf" (they are mofos) ... wants more of that money.
You the ordinary taxpayer, will not have as white a christmas as Deles and Stinky Dinky, the Abads and Purisma will. Because Noynoy hired them.. as instructed by...
