Noynoy, from the start of his presidency, pledged to do what was needed to be done and since then has been criticizing his predecessor for often giving in to politically expedient choices in the nine years Gloria was in power.
Noy’s bluster lasted only until his initially high survey marks allowed it. Now that his true capability is being revealed and the Yellow euphoria sparked by the death of his mother, former President Cory Aquino, in August 2009, has worn off, he has started to sound differently..... MORE
