Air Force jump master dies in Pampanga skydiving mishap
04/29/2011An Air Force jump master died after his parachute malfunctioned during a training at Clark Airbase in Pampanga last Wednesday.
Air Force spokesman Lt. Col. Miguel Ernesto Okol identified the fatality as M/Sgt. Samuel Nagac, an acclaimed jump master of the 770th Special Operations and Combat Support Group.
