SAF, Marines probed for Sulu chapel blast

MANILA, Philippines (PNA) – The Philippine National Police (PNP) high command has ordered an investigation of the policemen and Marines on duty at the Sacred Heart Chapel in Sulu which was blasted by an explosion on Christmas Day.

PNP spokesman Chief Supt. Agrimero Cruz Jr. said that members of the PNP’s elite Special Action Force (SAF) and elements of the Philippine Marines who were deployed to check on the reported bomb threat at the Sacred Heart Chapel will be subjected to the probe..... MORE
