Newly appointed National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Magtanggol Gatdula dismissed speculations the country’s premier investigating body will go soft on fugitive Sen. Gatdula denied claims that he was appointed to the NBI through Lacson’s intermediation adding he has not talked with the senator since he fled the country last January.
