Theirs too are supposed to be heard through the ballots, in the PCOS machines, in the transmittal and the canvassing boards up to the end of the whole constitutional process in these democratic elections.
And this is precisely what President Joseph Estrada is up to when he refuses to concede to the leading candidate, Sen. Noynoy Aquino.
