For their support, I wish to thank over 100 texters who read my article “Like lolo like father like son?” which this paper published last April 22. It’s a good feeling being commended for airing first-hand revelations about Ninoy Aquino’s ruthless and self-seeking nature. Verily, his declaration that “The Filipino is worth dying for” should be obliterated from our hard-earned P500 currency notes for unabashed deception. By his manifest unbridled ambition, Ninoy did say and do crazy things.

However, in fairness to his son Noynoy, it is possible he has neither the genes nor the errant ways of his grandfather and dad — a condition which, however, would bolster allegedly documented proofs of a recurring mental disorder that placed him under psychiatric care in Boston at the instance of Ninoy himself.
The pitiable Noynoy is in a no-win situation, and it certainly will never be my intention to ridicule him for an abnormality not of his own making. Nonetheless, he is either a potential harbinger of Maoist resurgence (thanks to his father’s communist proclivities) or a potentially psychopathic warmonger in the geopolitics of diplomacy. God forbid the day President Noynoy inexplicably splashes wine on to the face of a foreign ambassador presenting his credentials at a reception in Malacañang.... MORE
