Francisco “Kit” Tatad hit the point that poll surveys are not helping reinvigorate our already dysfunctional democratic system, but exacerbates the problem because they reduce our people to political zombies by voting on candidates fed to them as either “worthy choices” or “likely to win.” They are subconsciously being deprived of their independent judgment to vote for leaders who can do better for this country.
