Too much meddling
An interesting issue that has cropped up, although it is almost certain this won’t pass by way of legislation, is that of a party-list representative seeking to have a marriage — presumably between two heterosexuals — have a time frame of 10 years, after which the couples who want to continue with their marriage can again get married and stay married for another 10 years. This reportedly solves many problems, such as annulments or divorces no longer being necessary to end a marriage. The question, whimsical as it is, why 10 years?
