Remember that GSIS president Winston Garcia tried to take control of Meralco, then gave way to Pangilinan.... Congressional bets. In Barangay Manresa, QC, President Erap proclaimed Rep. Vincent “Bingbong” Crisologo as his candidate for congressman in the 1st district of Quezon City. Other Erap congressional bets are: Franz Pumaren — QC, 3rd district Albert Palacios — QC, 4th district Apple Saraspe — Aklan Tahira Ismael — Basilan Akbar Balt Lucman — Lanao del Sur, 2nd district Salic Mundir — Lanao del Sur, 1st district Samsula Adju — Sulu, 1st district Mhedy Gonzales — Zamboanga City, 1st district Florencio Vargas — Cagayan, 2nd district Randy Ting — Cagayan, 3rd district Arthur Cefiro — Taguig, 1st district Plaxedes Bustamante — Batangas, 4th district Jose Español Jr. — Camarines Norte, 1st district Francisco Booc Jr. — Masbate, 3rd district Albee Benitez — Negros Occ., 3rd district Tomas Junco Jr. — Guimaras Samsona Adju — Sulu, 1st district Nasser Sugala — Tawi-Tawi...
