Who’s afraid of a psych test?

Even if that psychological report on the Liberal Party (LP) standard bearer, aired over the yellow media — ABS-CBN, is bogus, the fact remains that the mental and emotional health of a presidential candidate is a valid issue, especially in Aquino’s case, since there have been too many whispers about his being autistic, suffering from a polar disorder and suffering too, from a serious case of being obsessive-compulsive. All these may not be true, but the fact is that all these have been — and continues to be talk on the mental state of Aquino, despite the LPs insistence of this being black propaganda....
