MR. EXPOSE Amb. Ernesto Maceda 08/04/2010 President Benigno Aquino III has completed 33 days or one third of his first 100 days. If you go by the big expectations raised by his campaign promises, nothing impressive has been done yet, especially in the area of corruption, poverty and hunger. If you go by public perception of his inexperience, he has acquitted himself reasonably well. What is coming out quite clearly is the in-fighting among four power blocs resulting in the mediocre quality of presidential appointments. To review, let’s list the observations raised: 1.
