FRONTLINE Ninez Cacho-Olivares 04/15/2010 Noynoy Aquino bragged on Tuesday that the nation will be “shocked” and “awed” by the move of a Gloria Arroyo supporter to join his campaign. News report said that Albay Gov. Joey Salceda, economic adviser to Arroyo, is bolting Lakas and is joining Aquino’s campaign. So is the nation shocked and awed by the transfer of Salceda to camp of Noynoy as the Liberal Party (LP) standard bearer claimed?
