EDITORIAL Click to enlarge 04/13/2010 With Speaker Prospero Nograles, along with 30 congressmen, bolting the administration Lakas-Kampi-CMD (Lakas) and may be joining forces with Nacionalista Party (NP) presidential candidate Sen. Manuel “Manny” Villar, there is little hope for Lakas bet Gilbert “Gibo” Teodoro to make it to the presidency. Villar is obviously the beneficiary of this bolting by Lakas stalwarts, but it is not only Teodoro who will suffer from this surprise move of Nograles and his core group of some 30 congressmen, but also Sen. Noynoy Aquino, the Liberal Party (LP) standard bearer. The NPs, now strengthened by the Nograles group, have been given yet another weapon with which to criticize Aquino, who was recently endorsed by Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and his camp....
