Do so at your own risk. In a recent announcement, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Oscar Inocentes said no towing company has been given accreditation to operate along Edsa, in response to a shit-load of complaints received from drivers who have been victimized by extortionists masquerading as unscrupulous tow truck operators. Only official MMDA tow trucks are authorized to dispose of stalled vehicles along said thoroughfare, Inocentes said....
