Big mistake EDITORIAL Click to enlarge 12/08/2009 It is a big mistake on the part of the Senate to agree to holding joint voting in a joint session in the matter of Gloria Arroyo’s declaration of martial law (ML). Senators appear to be looking solely at the small picture, instead of the big picture. The small picture of course is that of convening the two chambers of Congress for a joint session, and voting as one on the issue of the ML imposition, which is hardly threatening to the Senate at this time.....
