The ‘god of humor’

I have been researching all over for a “god of humor” and it seems that there is no such thing except the Greek goddess “Baubo” who is a jesting, light spirited goddess who sustains the fertility of the land of ancient Greece.

Often symbolized by a “belly,” Baubo is believed to heal broken and depressed spirits, for instance, Demeter’s grief over the loss of his daughter of the Greek mythology, but a “god” of humor — nada.
