What is keeping the administration of Noynoy from revisiting the Electric Power Industry Reform Act (Epira), a law that had failed to live up to its promise of providing cheap electricity, is totally baffling.

But clues were brought to light on his administrations true motives during the Mindanao Power Summit where he resorted to blackmail to get his, and his cronies way with the power contracts.
