(FPIC), said the lawyer of the victims of the petroleum leakage. Lawyer Lorna Kapunan said the information on the leaks was contained in a document sourced from the FPIC, photocopies of which she distributed to reporters, at a Quezon City forum also attended by Environment officials. an environmental disaster the lopezes should be made accountable for!

"FPIC’s corroded and aging pipeline is like a calamity that could explode anytime that could harm the people and destroy the environment from Batangas to Manila: San Jose, Lipa City, Malvar, Tanauan and Sto. Tomas in Batangas; Calamba, Cabuyao, Sta. Rosa, Biñan and San Pedro in Laguna; and Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Pasay, Makati and Manila in Metro Manila."
