I am not sure what the camp of Sen. Noynoy Aquino will now say about the results of the latest survey conducted by The Issues and Advocacy Center (The Center) which came out in yesterday’s issue of The Daily Tribune. Since they can no longer claim surveys can be bought in Quiapo, which was what Aquino said about the latest SWS survey maybe they can point to Cubao, Diliman or even Mandaluyong where the other candidates’ headquarters are located. But they have a bit of a dilemma here. For even as the survey conducted between Jan. 2 and 12, 2010 shows the leading presidentiable’s numbers dropping to a low 31 percent, that is still a percentage point over his December survey results. Remember, that was the survey where Ed Malay, The Center’s executive director, claimed that the Tarlac solon was in a statistical plateau and may have already reached his peak.
